During the project, I want to base my book concept off my past execution of Intro to computer art project. The book is based off of four different poems all relating to the concept of love and the red string theory. The red string is to replicate the essence of love traveling throughout the pages, helping each one have a connection. With the red, I chose blue for the hues and shades of the book to give the contrast to the string. The cover of the book, made with a hard and soft plastic (transparent and translucent) in the ideas that love isn’t always clear. The outside is clear but the inside makes it difficult to see. By attaching the red string to the binding of the book, it flows through the cover, pages, and back for the cover considering love is through all.
